FAQ

Do I have to be careful when winding up my timepiece?

Wind confidently until you feel the crown bouncing back in your fingers. Once this starts happening take it slower until you feel a firmer resistance and then stop. Try not to wind so much that the crown comes to a hard stop. This will damage your watch over time if repeatedly wound to this hard stop point. Winding from zero to hero, takes about 30 full turns and gives you a power reserve of approx. 55 hours.

How often do I need to service my timepiece?

As we use a mechanical hand-wound movement, they do require servicing but not as regularly as you might think. We recommend having a professional take a look every 3-5 years just to ensure your timepiece runs smoothly and lasts a lifetime.
